Every client at the Lawrence Site is offered a variety of services specifically designed to meet their needs. The following treatment modalities are offered:
Clinicians are available to provide on site consultation to community professionals on a variety of mental health needs, such as, clinical assessments for clients, and trainings on a variety of topics for students, professionals and the public. Consultations are available to schools, judicial systems, social service agencies, mental health agencies, hospitals, private practitioners and health clinics.

CROSS CULTURAL PROGRAM
The programs objective is to offer mental health services to the Latino population in an environment which is culturally sensitive to the ethnic backgrounds and the linguistic needs of the community we serve. We believe that when you appreciate cultural diversity you provide a more integrated and contemporary conceptual model of clinical intervention. We also understand that the problems identified in treatment are usually imbedded in the complexities of acculturation, immigration and stress as well as the individuals family values, beliefs and traditions.
CO-OCCURING DISORDERS PROGRAM
This specialized service is comprised of an experienced team of professionals, skilled in treating the complexities of dually diagnosed clients. Along with individual therapy, the program offers an intensive 4 week group during the initial (acute) phase of treatment with a psychoeducational and therapeutic component. Co-occuring disorders typically include a major mental illness and with an addictive disorder.
CHILD & FAMILY PROGRAM
The staff of the C&F are trained in early child, latency, adolescent and family development. Our services include individual, family and numerous types of group therapy. We also have a School Consultation Program that provides school based services, information, training and referral to the local public school systems in our area.
ADULT OUTPATIENT SERVICES
We offer a variety of services to individuals with a wide range of issues, some may be related to temporary stress from life situations, or others who might be suffering from a major mental illness. Anxiety, depression, substance abuse, victimization or trauma, are just some of the areas of expertise that you will find at HES.
HES clients in need of pharmacological care have available a variety of psychiatrists with subspecialties in working with numerous populations and treatment disorders. We provide a comprehensive initial assessment and ongoing treatment and maintenance services.
HES clients in need of emergency care have access to a 24-hour prescreening and assessment program. These services are available by phone and on site.
The multilingual staff from the intake unit is available to take your calls for a comprehensive evaluation of client referrals. HES honors numerous insurance and managed health care plans, as well as sliding scale fees.
